Our Booking Terms

Last updated: May 2026. Applying to all reservations with Andaman Beauty Tours & Travels.

1. Booking & Reservation Policy

  • All tour reservations must be made through our official website portal or via an authorized travel specialist at Andaman Beauty Tours & Travels.
  • A booking is officially confirmed and contractually locked only upon receipt of the initial booking deposit or invoice payment confirmation.
  • Travel documents, hotel vouchers, and catamaran ferry tickets will be compiled and sent to your registered email address 48–72 hours prior to arrival.

2. Catamaran Ferry & Weather Disruption Policy

  • CATAMARAN FERRIES: Inter-island ferry operations (Nautika, Makruzz, ITT Majestic) are operated by independent private operators.
  • WEATHER DELAYS: Andaman is a tropical marine ecosystem. In case of sudden weather disruptions, cyclonic warnings, or administrative restrictions, ferry sailings may be suspended by the Port Authority.
  • COORDINATED REFUNDS: Under government ferry cancellations, we will coordinate reschedules or process ticket refunds directly from ferry providers, minus bank handling charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled travel date: 90% refund of the total booking cost.
  • Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date: No refunds are applicable.
  • REFUNDS: Approved refund amounts will be processed back to the original source bank account within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Travel Safety & Personal Liability

  • Clients participating in water sports (Scuba diving, Sea Walk, Snorkeling, Parasailing) must adhere to certified safety instructions. Andaman Beauty Tours & Travels is not responsible for injuries arising from violating safety guidelines.
  • We are not liable for delayed flights, train cancellations, or delay logs caused by airlines or external travel logistics.
  • Please ensure you carry physical copies of government-approved ID documents (Aadhaar or Passports) which are mandatory for checking in at jetties and hotel counters.
